The Workout Woman App features 20-minute workouts that are designed to maximize results. Additionally, users have the option to create their own personalized workout routines.

The 20-minute workout can be followed in its entirety, with each exercise lasting only 30 seconds. This means that within just 20 minutes, you will have completed a full body workout. The program includes two one-minute rest periods in between exercises. However, if you need to take a longer break, you are welcome to do so. Conversely, if you feel capable of skipping a rest period, you have the freedom to do that as well.

We highly recommend allowing your muscles ample time to recover between workouts. Therefore, it is advisable to use our app for this workout routine 2-3 times per week.
